Three decades in marketing and digital leadership — from brand strategy at global FMCG multinationals to running the digital estate of some of the region's largest destination brands — now applied one creator at a time, turning an audience into a system that pays you without depending on brand deals or platform payouts.
It started in marketing leadership at Henkel, Cadbury's Adams and General Mills — three global FMCG multinationals — before the focus moved into digital and destination brands: Miral on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, the Ministry of Tourism in Abu Dhabi, and Red Sea Global in Saudi Arabia, among others.
Across three decades that has meant building things at real scale that simply had to work. The CRM capability behind Expo 2020 Dubai, serving more than 25 million visitors. The Yas Connect platform spanning Ferrari World, Warner Bros World and Yas Waterworld. A Webby honoured digital estate at Abu Dhabi Airports. And the Connected Visitor Programme at Red Sea Global, one of the largest of its kind, where the whole digital estate runs end to end, from destination websites and CRM through consent, booking and analytics.
The work runs on the same marketing and data platforms a serious operator lives in every day — Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, Auth0, OneTrust, Contentsquare and a full web analytics stack. MBA, University of Strathclyde.
Because a Substack, or any single channel, is an audience asset, not a complete monetization system. If you truly want to write every week, build the list, design the paid tiers, own the offer, run the launches, handle fulfilment, and learn the commercial side yourself, then doing it alone makes sense. You keep full ownership and full control.
But most creators already hold the hardest asset there is to build: attention and trust. The bottleneck is rarely more followers. It is turning that attention into a strong product, a funnel, a launch, and a customer experience that actually converts. That is where a growth partner earns a place.
A partner can take on
You stay focused on what only you can do, creating the content, holding the trust, and communicating the transformation. Instead of spending six to twelve months becoming a newsletter operator, you monetize the audience you have already built.
The tradeoff is real. You share revenue and give up some control, so the partner has to bring genuine leverage rather than vague advice. Anyone can tell you to start a Substack, and you could do that on your own. The partnership only earns its share when it builds the product, launches it, runs the backend, and creates revenue that would not have existed otherwise.
Creators with an engaged audience — roughly 10k and up — who are ready to move past sponsorships and platform payouts toward something they own outright.
Any niche. The system matters more than the subject.
People who want to own the offer and the customer relationship, rather than renting both from an algorithm that can change its mind.
Trained through Monetise — the Shadow Operator Playbook and Digital Product Formula — paired with three decades of marketing and digital leadership across global FMCG and the region's largest destination brands. New to the creator economy; not new to building things that have to work.
One conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If there isn't a fit, you'll know within twenty minutes.
